マーケットプレイス（二次販売/リセール）機能とは
The NFT Recordsでは、音楽原盤および各種データを権利元から正式に許諾を受けて商品化したものを販売してまいりました。販売された商品には一つ一つ固有のシリアルナンバーが入っており、購入者はその商品を「所有」し、「マイコレクション」上で視聴して楽しむことが出来ました。
今回導入された「マーケットプレイス」機能では、その所有していた商品を、購入者の任意の額で出品・販売することが出来ます。
※アーティスト/版元から許諾が降りた商品のみが対象となります。
※対象となるのはデジタルの商品のみです。フィジカル商品は対象外となります。
販売価格は、販売する商品購入者が設定することが出来ます（下限100円〜上限10万円）。
その販売成立価格を100%としたとき、下記のように分配されます。
販売者の受領金額：販売成立価格の70%
アーティスト(権利元)レベニューシェア：10%
残り20％は、決済手数料、著作権管理団体各種手数料、当社管理手数料で構成されます。
マーケットプレイスにて販売が成立した金額を受け取る場合は、当社の指定する方法に従う必要がありますので予めご了承下さい。
本機能により、当社は販売後の商品からも永続的に二次流通の販売手数料として権利元様に利益をお戻し出来ることと考えております。

音楽専門のNFTマーケットプレイス。
The NFT Recordsでは、商品を仮想通貨ではなくクレジットカードなどの法定通貨で購入することができます。
なお、The NFT Recordsで購入した音楽、MV、ジャケット写真、アーティスト写真などはThe NFT Recordsの「マイコレクション」ページで楽しむことができます。

The NFT Recordsは音楽原盤および各種データを権利元から正式に許諾を受けて商品化し、NFT商品としてお客様にお届けします。NFT商品の原盤権や著作権はアーティストまたはレーベル各社が権利を保有しており、NFTは原盤権や著作権を販売・譲渡するものではありません。
また、販売されるNFT商品には一つ一つ固有のシリアルナンバーが入っております。その番号を持っているのは購入者のみとなり、購入者がその商品を「所有」することとなります。購入し受け取った商品は、アーティスト/版元から許諾が降りた商品のみ、The NFT Recordsのマーケットプレイスにて出品することも可能です。
＜環境への配慮について＞
The NFT Recordsは、環境に配慮した設計を心掛けています。
当社のマーケットプレイスでは、ブロックチェーンネットワークで一般的な、計算競争によるPoW (プルーフ・オブ・ワーク)というコンセンサスアルゴリズムを使っていないため、電力を大きく消費することがなく、環境に配慮した設計になっています。

About the "Marketplace" (CtoC, resale) function
The NFT Records has released items by merchandising music masters and various data under official warrant from right holders. Each item possesses a unique serial number, which the purchaser "owns" and is able to enjoy on the platform's "My Collection".
New function, "Marketplace" now enables the purchaser/owner to sell such unique items at any price.
*Only available for items with right holder's permission for resale.
*Only available for digital items. No physical item allowed.
The owner/seller is able to set the resale price (Min 100JPY to max 100,000JPY).
Price sold shall be distributed as follows:
Seller's revenue: 70% of sold price
Revenue share for artist/right holder: 10%
Remaining 20% includes administration fees such as: settlement fee, copyright management organization fee and platform management fee.
Please be noted the seller needs follow our instructions to receive their revenue from the Marketplace.
We believe this function enables permanent return of profits as resale commission to the right holders even after the end of primary sales of items.
